Returns & Exchanges Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including protective covers or garment bags
  • A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our exclusive collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (including Earrings)
  • Beaded Gowns and Glitter Gowns (due to delicate embellishments)
  • Items with Feather detailing (highly fragile nature)
  • Cropped Tops and Cut-Out Dresses (intimate nature)

Return & Exchange Process

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and protective covers. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send the package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped). Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping) are non-refundable.
